Delivery

SKIN ROYAL COSMETICS will do its best to ensure that the order is shipped within an average of ten (10) working days from the day following that of the Buyer's validation of his order (except during pre-launch periods) . The items ordered are shipped to the delivery address you provided during the ordering process. The delivery method for Metropolitan France is the Colissimo, for the DOM TOM the Colissimo Outre Mer and for the international the Colissimo international. It takes 4 to 5 days for delivery in Metropolitan France and between 7 and 15 days for the DOM TOM and international depending on the destination. If you are not at home or if your mailbox is not appropriate, you will receive a transit advice note and your package will be waiting for you at your post office. In the event of an unusual delay, due to a stock shortage for example, an email will be sent to you.

In any case, the Products will be sent by the usual postal services. SKIN ROYAL COSMETICS therefore declines all responsibility in the event of excessive delivery times due to postal services or means of transport, as well as in the event of loss of the Products ordered or strikes. The risks of transport are borne by the Buyer, who must make a reasoned protest to the postal services or to the carrier, within three working days of delivery. Furthermore, it is specified that ownership of the Products ordered will only be transferred to the Buyer upon full payment of the invoiced price, including delivery costs.

Any anomaly concerning the delivery (damage, missing product compared to the delivery note, damaged package, broken products, etc.) must be indicated on the delivery note in the form of "handwritten reservations", accompanied by the customer's signature. At the same time, the customer must confirm this anomaly by sending the carrier within two (2) working days following the delivery date, a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt setting out the said complaints.
